Goals ;)

So I weighed and measured last night, I'm down 3 lbs and a couple inches from different parts of the body :)

I found this awesome site that I like to use when I have no idea what to do...... Click Here!!!




When working out and I don't want to go anymore I try to remind myself of all the reasons I'm doing it.


The rubber bands are a great idea---- I am thinking of trying it......
